Dealing with your family around Christmas
15th December 2016Every year it’s the same story. You get really excited about Christmas. What’s not to like? The best excuse to eat literally anything and everything you want, presents (some of them being far less exciting than others), cheesy Christmas music, great TV…the list goes on.
But along with all the fun and excitement, there’s also the long periods of intense family time. You love your family (mostly) but man your Mum can be so annoying when she gets all stressed about getting Christmas dinner on the table in time and you swear your brother is now actively trying to make you punch him.
So here’s our question to you. What annoys you most about your family around Christmas and New Years and how do you cope with it?
I think that the worst thing about Christmas is that you ALWAYS. Have to Ben with your family and you can't do other things like talk to your friends or stuff you do on normal days that really annoys me because I would rather talk to my friends about all my new stuff that I got than sing Christamas Songs " rudolf the red nosed rain dear 😒"
The best thing about Christmas is food. The worst thing about Christmas is that because you failed to get involved with the cooking (even though you were told to get out of the kitchen) it's presumed you will take all responsibility for the cleaning up.
